Essential Functions
- Promote awareness of Aging with Comfort in the community by following up with leads and contacts obtained at events such as health fairs and senior expos.
- Develop relationships with new potential clients and caregivers, making introductory calls to MCOs and Service Coordinators.
- Complete follow up calls and update leads in excel and Salesforce.
- Coordinate with intake and onboarding teams to process new cases.
- Provide education and information to seniors and persons with disabilities (and their families) regarding the services of Aging with Comfort and how to navigate the process of obtaining home care.
- Assist Community outreach team with assigned coverage area, in order to achieve organizational growth goals.
- Maintain detailed notes and updates to pipeline of referrals in CRM system.
- Prior marketing or recruiting experience desirable
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to form and maintain strategic relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities concurrently
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (fluent in spoken and written Spanish required)
