Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Living Advisor located in the Lafayette, LA area. The Senior Living Advisor will be responsible for educating seniors and their families on suitable living arrangement options, guiding them through the decision-making process, connecting them to local resources and ensuring their comfort and well-being during the transition to a new home.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, social workers, and other key referral sources to generate appropriate referrals to build clientele
- Implement effective marketing to build community awareness, including sales calls, events, and social media
- Conduct client discovery calls, home visits and tours to help locate senior living solutions
- Utilize CRM system to reflect lead status
- Notify and appropriately communicate with partnering facilities during placement process
- Complete quarterly marketing analysis on all senior communities to obtain accurate rates and specials
- Effectively track and interpret marketing data for development and implementation of strategic plan and objectives
- Build a network of local moving resources to provide to clients (ie real estate agents, moving companies, attorney, financial planners, etc)
- Ensure placement goals are met consistently
- Uphold standard of service to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare or senior living-related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook GoogleDocs and Internet navigation
- Ability to demonstrate proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding marketing targets and goals
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and understanding of senior needs
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field is beneficial
