What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Seasonal Office Assistant position at AGK Accounting LLC?
Tax Season Office Help needed from January 15th through April 30th at our Fort Atkinson office.
20-30 hours per week. Flexible schedule
- Between 5 to 6 hours per day; 3 to 4 days per week
Looking for candidates to help with, but not limited to the following:
- Reception - Answer phones and assist with in-person tax client intake
- Assist with clients picking up completed tax returns
- Process client payments
- Assist with logging, scanning and filing as needed
Requirements for the position:
- Trustworthy - attention to sensitive information
- Confidentiality Agreement Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office
Must be able to commit through April 15th.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 β 30 per week
