AGL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Program Manager responsible for developing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program. It will include all heating, electrical and plant equipment to include compressors, manifolds and fill systems. Responsible for building maintenance and repairs, maintaining property grounds, and tenant space.
Duties
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for heating and electrical systems, and plant equipment to include compressors, manifolds and fill systems.
- Schedule, monitor, track and report on in-house and external maintenance activity. Order and maintain inventory of spare parts fittings, spare pumps, can parts.
- Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment to identify maintenance issues. Prepares estimates and secures the financial and people resources to conduct repairs and oversee service providers to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and in conformance to AGLs quality standards.
- Perform light, routine maintenance and repairs of building; coordinate and oversee services such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC for Clifton buildings and AGL’s Route 46 tenants on an ongoing basis.
- Provide technical expertise, assistance and troubleshooting support to AGL staff.
- Coordinate and oversee landscape and snow removal contractors.
- Direct and monitor all maintenance associated contractor work.
- Complete and log required safe work permits and equipment inspections.
- Be on-call for occasional evening and weekend maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and track all required third party facility inspections and qualifications.
Skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical concepts and technique.
- Working knowledge of DOT, FDA and OSHA regulations
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
