Warehouse Clerk Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk with some experience in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking inventory to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. If you have hands-on experience with material handling equipment and can operate a forklift (or are ready to get certified), we want to hear from you!
Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, recording stock locations, counting inventory, and pulling production kits. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment are crucial. You’ll also need some computer experience to enter records and track inventory, and an understanding of material handling equipment and safety protocols will be important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and move materials, ensuring proper labeling and placement according to company procedures. Record and track inventory using a computer system.
- Production Support: Pull and distribute production kits to workers, ensuring they have all necessary materials in the right sequence.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, with safety and efficiency. Keep all equipment in working order and ensure the warehouse is organized and clean.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and ISO standards, report hazards, and ensure that the workplace remains accident-free.
- Record Keeping: Accurately weigh or count items, record amounts received or distributed and enter information into the computer system.
- Teamwork & Professionalism: Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or related experience is a plus. At least 2 years of related warehouse experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to follow inventory and stocking procedures, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and basic computer skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, with frequent standing, walking, and handling of materials.
- Safety: Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Communication: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
40 hours per week before any applicable overtime. 30 minutes for lunch and two, paid ten-minute breaks per day.
