What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at AGM Imports Granite & Marble?
FULL TIME Front Desk Receptionist needed to join AGM Imports in Charlotte NC. AGM Imports is the premier wholesaler of granite, marble and related products in the southeast.
· You will be the first contact via phone and in person to all outside customers who visit the showroom.
Attributes needed for job consideration will be:
· Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone).
· Organizational skills to multi-task with clients and administrative work
· Must have a team mentality, be flexible and willing to learn.
· Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
Attention to details as you will be quoting prices and responding to client needs
· Answering the phones as the receptionist of the company in a warm and friendly manner.
· Interact with all potential builders, fabricators and consumers with their sales experience with AGM Imports.
· Applying payments from customers
Job requirements for job consideration will be:
ROTATING SATURDAYS IS A MUST
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Higher education and/or practical office experience in a small office environment would be considered a plus
· Knowledge of granite and marble material a plus, but not required.
· Previous customer service skill sets will be considered a plus
