Job Title: Part-Time Office Coordinator
About Us: AGM Management is a dedicated real estate management company committed to providing affordable housing solutions. We strive to deliver safe and comfortable living spaces for our residents.
Position Overview: We are seeking an organized part-time Office Coordinator to support our property management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and efficient management of our properties.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, manage office files, and schedule appointments in a professional manner.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, as well as coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff.
  • Assist with leasing processes, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in our property management software.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 years of office/clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
