Position Overview :
AGM Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring that our 112-unit property is well-maintained and operating efficiently. You will perform complex maintenance tasks, diagnose issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure tenant and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Diagnose and repair building issues, including mechanical, structural, and safety systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide prompt service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for major repairs or projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Assist in training and supervising junior maintenance staff when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
