- Flexible availability Monday thru Friday 6am EST to 1AM EST
- Saturday-Sunday optional peak season 8 AM EST to 9pm EST
Position Summary:
- Implementation Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
- Commitment to quality and Success, Promoting Process Improvement, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information, Vision, Work Effectively Under Pressure, Work with Cross Relational Teams.
- Proactively project manage existing integrations for End of School and Back to School
- Supports standard BUIP integrations with the expectation of learning SSO
- Guides customers throughout the implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice
- Documents all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress
- Logs any bugs or feature request in JIRA.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Familiarity with MH courseware (Connect, ALEKS, Simnet)
- Previous experience with major Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle)
- 1-2 years' experience in customer success or similar role related to software implementation (Higher education experience preferred but not required).
