What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Sales Rep/Customer Service position at AGM TOOLS, INC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Sales of all AGM products everyday
- Offer a great customer service
- Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact
- Cultivate and develop new accounts designated by the company
- Meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution.
- Keep current customers and find new customers.
- Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by effectively managing the order process from initial point of contact to Delivery
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail

- Ability to drive around Houston
- Ability to organize customers and visits
- Ability to manage a computer.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.

WE OFFER BASE SALARY COMMISSIONS
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in Customer service
- Enjoy to do sales and to be in contact with people
- Prefer Bachelors degree or High school finis
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently
- Must have driver license

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
