Our company is currently seeking a Bilingual Bookkeeper AP/AR(Need QuickBooks Desktop Experience And Speak Spanish) to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Job Purpose:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Support AP/AR
Help with Inventory
Qualifications:
Previous Experience In Accounting, Finance, Or Other Related Fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish
Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Required Experience
Inventory experience and Collections
QuickBooks Desktop experience a must
POS Point Of Sale
Quarterly and Annual tax filing a plus (940, 941, TWC, etc.)
Experience:
Accounting: 2 year (Preferred)
Bank Reconciliation: 2 year (Preferred)
Accounts Receivable and Payable: 2-5 year (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 3 years (Must)
Point of Sale: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Purpose:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Collect money.
- Compose monthly and quarterly cash flow provisions.
- Have excellent general ledger knowledge to maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger.
- Knowledge of balance sheets
- Classification of expenses and payments.
- Closing of books
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare a ledger for receipt of entries and appropriate reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the CEO
- Monitor and Assist with Inventory-Purchasing and invoices for suppliers and customers.
- Assist with controls for sales representatives, daily Excel report for sales.
- Insurance control and management
- Reconcile daily cash flow when making the deposit.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales Reports.
- Assist an inventory
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
