AGNT Media is the fastest growing real estate media company in the Midwest. We are a small but fierce team providing content creation services to the real estate industry, including real estate agents, brokerages, real estate developers, and more. We specialize in are real estate photography videography, 3D tours, drone content, podcast, brand development, etc.
Role Description
MUST BE ON SITE IN MINNESOTA. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS.
This is an on-site role for a Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships. We are looking for someone to help accelerate our growth in our Minnesota and Colorado markets (and beyond!). Priorities include identifying and building long term partnerships with key players in the real estate industry, keeping our social platforms current, establishing regular touch points with clients, creating and attending industry events, identifying growth opportunities, and helping our company continually innovate and create more value for our clients. You will work directly with the CEO in an effort to continually be growing the company and bringing in new clients.
Name of the game: GET NEW CLIENTS TO BOOK WITH AGNT MEDIA, AND NUTURE EXISTING CLIENTS.
We want someone who is self motivated, thrives in start up culture (low structure), and is passionate about innovation, disruption, and creating as much value as possible for the real estate industry. Big bonus if you have real estate industry experience! You gotta love face to face time and going to all the industry events!
A vibrant personality and a love for network and relationship building is a must, this is NOT a hide behind the computer position.
We have a five year plan to scale nationwide and we need killer people to make that happen.
Skill Preferences:
- Located in the Twin Cities, MN area
- Prefer a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Media/Related (Although Not Required)
- Strong Customer Service/Social Skills
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry (you gotta know what these guys want!)
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills/Canva Savvy
- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with event marketing
- Bonus: Previous Experience In Real Estate Media
