We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance team in Bangkok. This role is a unique combination of Commercial Finance and Finance Business Partnering, offering the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business. Relocation support is provided for this Bangkok-based role.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Be part of a diverse Strategic Finance team and collaborate with senior business partners on impactful, high-priority projects
- Develop and own business cases aligned with Agoda’s strategic priorities
- Take ownership of key components of the company’s forecasts
- Contribute to the team’s analysis and reporting packs
- Provide critical information to support senior management decision-making
- Act as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive business performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders at Agoda and external partners, including Booking Holdings
- Experience:5–8 years of experience in Strategic Finance (FBP/FP&A/Commercial Finance) or an analytically focused role requiring strong commercial creativity, financial skills and deep business partnering
- Intellectual Curiosity: Strong strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen and judgment
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to go beyond the defined scope
- Collaboration: Willingness to challenge and ability to support and work with senior business partners
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely
- Qualifications: Finance/Corporate Finance/Accounting certifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Industry Experience: Exposure to digital companies, online travel, or e-commerce industries
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, or a willingness to learn
- Financial tools: Such as Anaplan, OneStream
- Education: MBA preferred but not necessary
- Background: Knowledge in statistics or decision sciences is a plus but not required
