- Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with top-rated life and health insurance products
- Manage a personal pipeline using our proprietary CRM with built-in automations
- Follow up promptly with high-quality, pre-qualified leads provided by Agora (no cold prospecting)
- Attend weekly team calls and mentorship sessions to sharpen your sales and product skills
- Stay current on underwriting guidelines, product updates, and compliance requirements
- Operate as an independent agent while leveraging full back-end support from Agora
- Represent Agora with professionalism, energy, and authority in all client interactions
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License (Required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales (or the hustle to learn fast)
- Comfortable using modern sales tools, CRMs, and automation platforms
- A self-starter mindset with a high-performance work ethic
- Coachable, goal-driven, and ready to build a legacy, not just a paycheck
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work
