Position Summary :
Under the direction of the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, the Accountability and Compliance Coordinator provides leadership and management in the development of goals, plans, and accountability systems for Agora Cyber Charter School in accordance with Federal and State laws and guidelines. The position assumes responsibility for project management to ensure that the school's initiatives are planned and coordinated to show fidelity of implementation and compliance with federal, state, and local expectations. Data derived from these systems will guide local decisions and will result in continuous improvement in instructional outcomes for students. As a result, the Accountability and Compliance Coordinator contributes to the successful implementation of staff efforts toward a variety of federal, state, and local plans.
The Accountability and Compliance Coordinator reviews data / reports for accuracy, identifies district trends, and provides recommendations on ways to initiate both technical and adaptive solutions toward improvement efforts. The Accountability and Compliance Coordinator works in collaboration with academic and non-academic staff to build capacity around data literacy. The position focuses primarily on fidelity measures to ensure our intended goals can be achieved.
The Accountability and Compliance Coordinator serves as the school's Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) Administrator and point of contact for Pennsylvania Department of Education's related systems, and is responsible for the interpretation, dissemination, collection, and quality of state-required reporting.

- Manage and monitor accountability measures required for Agora Cyber Charter School in accordance with Federal and State laws and guidelines (e.g., PIMS, SIP / SSIP, Educator Effectiveness).
Provide analysis and interpretation of federal, state and local policies to ensure compliance with legal mandates
Compile data and compose a variety of correspondence (e.g. reports, action plans) for the purpose of evaluating assigned programs, complying with financial, legal, administrative requirements, and / or conveying information.
Aid administrative functions and technical assistance for platforms, systems, programs necessary to track school improvement efforts.
The Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and The Director of CIA, provides leadership and clarification for State reporting and initiates communication around the publication of key performance indicators for schools
