Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identify marketing opportunities and methods to improve/maintain resident satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
- Strong knowledge of affordable leasing and lease-renewal/recertification requirements.
- Manage/quality control apartment turnover efforts.
- Maintain waiting list and approve/reject applications.
- Assists and/or manages bi-weekly payroll.
- Assist in the operational oversight of the community, monitoring work orders, managing resident concerns or issues, completion of property inspections.
- Answer phones, manage/digitize documents (work orders, tenant files, vendor files), generate mailings and tenant notices, answer, and address property inquiries.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Industry specific certifications preferred (CPM, AHM, RAM, ARM, LIHTC, etc.).
- College Degree Preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with affordable housing and programs required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other Team Members and stakeholders.
