Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
- Change out trash liners and hand-pick litter from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.
- Use a backpack blower to remove debris from storefronts, curb-lines, and corners.
- Clean up and maintain compactor and refuse staging areas.
- Cleaning of interior common window ledges.
- Perform janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming along with replacement of toiletries.
- Perform basic pre-trip inspection of site equipment, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.
- Complete paperwork at the end of each shift.
- Snow Removal (if applicable based on location) and/or Natural Weather Event clean-up.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Groundskeeping – 1 Year.
