Talent Acquisition and HR Support Assistant We are a fast-paced, growing call center looking for a reliable and energetic Talent Acquisition and HR Support Assistant with excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service to join our HR team! The ideal candidate will exemplify top-notch customer service, be comfortable supporting various HR, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding functions.
Key Responsibilities : Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming clients, applicants, and staff.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews with prospective applicants and coordinating candidate interactions.
Support the HR Generalist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and assisting with onboarding new hires. Support offboarding processes, including coordinating final documentation and system updates.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and promptly. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies.
Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and monitoring visitor access (e.
g., logbooks, visitor badges). Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. Please note : This job description does not encompass all tasks and responsibilities required for the role.
Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential! Desired Skills and Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in HR, recruiting, or administration will also be considered.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong independent work ethic with a proactive approach.
Talent Acquisition / recruiting experience is a plus! Minimum of one year of front desk / reception experience preferred.
