What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Calibration Sales Manager position at AGR Hourly Careers at NSG Group?
- Execute an established formal sales process to identify customers and close incremental purchases of the Opti-Aim calibration tool or calibration services
- Active participation in the Opti-Aim sales planning process including closing a monthly quota of incremental tool and services sales
- Conduct regular educational sessions and demonstrations (live & virtual) for both national accounts and independent PNA customers across the NA market focusing on:
- Why calibration is critical
- How the Opti-Aim solution differs from competitive products
- The three approaches to calibration (tools, services or collaborative deals)
- Clearly able to illustrate and communicate ROI with the Opti-Aim solution
- Explain key aspects of calibration including demonstrating static and dynamic calibrations
- Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling our product and services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key national account calibration customers
- Coordinate with marketing team to set and implement plans for new product introduction
- Participate in the creation and development of required sales materials; presentations, flyers and other collaterals as assigned
- Able to deliver, project and motivate customers through effective sales techniques via phone and in person and in individual, group and classroom dynamics. Ability to adjust those tactics and techniques as needed
- Keep current with industry and market trends and best practices
- Adherence to NSG Group Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Management / Business / Finance related field; without degree 5 years of sales experience
- Demonstrates excellent negotiation skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functional teams to enable higher performance
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and highly efficient at multi-tasking
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
