We are a family-owned business with over sixty years of experience in our field. Agra Liners LLC has set the standard for the liner industry with the quality of American-made products we provide to our customers. Our company relies on long-term relationships with our customers and being there when they need us.
We are looking for an Office Assistant with experience in QuickBooks to work full-time, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Monday-Friday.
Remote work is not an option for this position.
Job will involve answering the phone, filing paperwork, filling out forms, organizing files both paper and electronic, entering invoices and payments into QuickBooks, as well as helping the GM or Project Manager as needed.
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, desktop QuickBooks, along with basic computer skills.
Must have own transportation, clean driving record and be able to pass drug test.
Being bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Accounting or Bookkeeping certification also a plus.
