We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will be hands-on, supporting order processing, customer interactions, service coordination and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our internal teams in the U.S. and possibly Denmark, assisting with SAP order management, quotations, spare parts coordination and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & SAP Management: Handle order bookings, process transactions and ensure accuracy within SAP.
- Quotations & Spare Parts Coordination: Generate and send quotes, liaise with Denmark for spare parts and ensure smooth communication with the warehouse and customer.
- Customer & Team Interaction: Provide internal sales support to the U.S. team, occasionally interacting with customers and service engineers.
- Scheduling & Service Support: Assist in scheduling service engineers for equipment installs and services and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Reporting & Administration: Work closely with the team on reporting tasks and support general office administration as needed.
- Collaboration with Management: Report to Service Manager on scheduling, quotations and operational needs.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of solid experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, to support scheduling service engineers
- A plus if you are familiar with Camos
- A team player fostering a collaborative culture
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and support both customers and internal teams efficiently
- Ability to work closely with sales, service, and warehouse teams
- Experience working in a cross-cultural setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
