The Production Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production schedule. This individual will work closely with Corporate Supply Chain to plan and coordinate the production schedule, taking into account material procurement and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing orders and production on a daily basis to adjust the schedule as needed.
* Creating Work Order Packets for distribution to the production team.
* Conducting daily checks of raw material and fruit levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
* Collaborating with Quality to ensure product put on hold and rework does not impact the schedule.
* Identifying opportunities to improve the scheduling process for both production schedule and raw materials.
