Production Supervisor, Food Manufacturing, Botkins OH
AGRANA Fruit US, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Production Superviso r that is directly responsible for all manufacturing activities, to ensure a safe and efficient operation, to deliver quality products in accordance with the shift production priorities.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of shift staff, organizing and monitoring work processes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment, placing Safety first.
- Executes operational objectives to ensure shift meets safety, quality and productivity standards.
- Responsible for onboarding and training of shift employees
- Coaching, counseling and support of development plans for career growth of staff
- Management of Performance process
- Enforces policies and procedures and when needed, manages disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans to meet operating standards.
- Fosters an environment of Teamwork and Collaboration
