We're currently hiring a Production Scheduler that will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. As a Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating the production schedule, working closely with Corporate Supply Chain to ensure efficient material procurement and inventory management. You'll review orders and production on a daily basis to adjust the schedule as needed and create Work Order Packets for distribution to the production team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Daily checks of raw material and fruit levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
* Coordination of physical inventories and required daily cycle counts checks.
* Collaboration with Quality to ensure product put on hold and rework does not impact the schedule.
* Identification of opportunities to improve the scheduling process for both production schedule and raw materials.
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Accounting, Business or applicable field required.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or applicable field preferred.
* 3-5 years' experience in Scheduling, Planning, Capacity Planning.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
