Job Posting Title: Associate Project Management
Location: Thousand Oaks CA
Candidates must have strong technical Spanish skills.
Ideal Candidate: B.S. and 2-3 years of experience. Previous pharma experience is a nice to have.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree and 3 years of directly related experience
- o Distribution/Supply Chain/Marketing is preferred
- o Flexibility to work remote and/or sit onsite (M-F) as deemed by management
- High competence in lean manufacturing/six sigma concept/methodology, tools and analysis
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Lean systems training and experience
- 3 years experience in Project Management
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Computer skills (office environment), especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of analyses and reporting techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with data visualization tools
- People management skills
- Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Power Point Project), MS Visio, MS Teams, SmartSheet, Miro
- Multilingual preferred, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
- System knowledge; Tableau, Document Management Systems, SAP, Rapid Response
- Project Management experience
