This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified.
Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.

This classification requires a minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience ERP application implementation for a large matrixed organization.
For purposes of meeting this MSQ, a large-scale Software Project is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development and implementation).

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in writing/editing documentation such as, business processes, project management plans, and desk-reference guides, job-aids, training materials, procedures and guidelines. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience in the Design, Development & Implementation (DD&I) phases of a project implementing financial ERP software with multiple waves, iterations or releases.
