The job description is as follows:
Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Description:
- Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management and aftermarket product management.
- This position will ensure that all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution.
- Customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms.
- Able to navigate multiple different platforms in order to solve customer queries related to the order journey. Handle queries, most common queries are Where is my stuff , Where is my refund .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using SAP, Order Manager tools and Excel.
- Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts to team in Ireland. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend.
- A solutions focused individual who can use their initiative when faced with complex or ambiguous challenges.
- Handling WFM tickets.
- Processing Special Orders.
- No educational requirements, relevant work experience is ok
- May require minimal weekend work (2-4 hours max)
