The job description is as follows:

Job Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer - Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Description:

• 5-6 years of experience in software testing , with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow QA.
• Experience with ServiceNow testing tools such as Automated Test Framework (ATF) and familiarity with external tools like Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and ability to test both out-of-the-box features and custom applications.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Proficiency in defect management and test case management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail,
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Solid experience in manual testing and the ability to transition to test automation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of Scripting languages such as JavaScript (for ServiceNow customizations) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ATF.
• Experience with Performance Testing and Load Testing for ServiceNow.
• Exposure to DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines.
