Job Title: Sr Scrum Master
Locations: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Description:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience implementing them in real-world scenarios
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust within the team and with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to coach and mentor others in Agile practices
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement
