Job Details
The Senior Web Developer is responsible for providing advanced level contribution in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a modernized and accessible web and ecommerce portal. We are using an Astro Framework and Storybook, integrating with back-office systems to provide services to our constituents.
Job Duties include:
- Develop and enhance responsive web components that are integrated with a design system
- Ensure the web components meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements
- Integrate RESTful APIs into the web application
- Work closely with the UX/UI designers
- Conduct usability testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation through GitHub.
- Manage work in GitHub and Jira
- Deploy work through CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate and communicate with client stakeholders, project managers, and developers.
- Optimize and maintain code and deployed websites.
- Provide after-hours support when needed.
