Job Description :
The Senior DBA ensures the efficient operation of a multi-computer site that supports database administration, analysis, and report production, as well as data dictionary administration and system development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Database Documentation : The candidate should be well-versed and have experience in Database Documentation.
- Database Administration : Perform database administration tasks, including backups and recoveries.
- User Support : Work with users to resolve database questions or problems.
- Resource Coordination : Coordinate systems resource availability with database analysts, system and application programmers, and other users.
- Equipment Operations : Provide advice and assistance to users on equipment operations.
- Database Maintenance : Maintain and update databases and data dictionaries.
