About the Position
This position is responsible for overseeing general production activities throughout different seasons. This will include field activities such as planting and detasseling, receiving corn seed, conditioning/treating corn seed, warehousing/shipping, and equipment maintenance. A key aspect of this role is leading/train/supervising seasonal workers, agency workers, and full-time employees while performing production activities. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the location team to ensure production and safety goals are accomplished.
