Job Description
This position is responsible for leading production activities, managing teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in field operations, including planting, detasseling, receiving corn seed, conditioning/treating corn seed, warehousing/shipping, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train seasonal workers, agency workers, and full-time employees.
- Coordinate and manage production activities, including planting, detasseling, and harvesting.
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
