- Assist in building reports, presentations, and metrics for the Board of Directors, customers, and partners
- Collaborate on land use, seed selection, procurement, operations, and quality control
- Help ensure we meet targets for yield, quality, food safety, and sustainability
- Track and support adherence to agronomic plans, safety compliance, and customer expectations
- Grow your skills with support from Bancroft subject matter experts
Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable scouting fields as they are building dashboards. Ideally, you have:
- A degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Ag Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with farm management software, Excel, or BI tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
