What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - Full time position at AGRI-Alliance?
Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be grading and sorting potatoes from a fast-moving conveyor. Grading consists of removing all foreign materials which includes but not limited to corn stalks, rocks, and rotting potatoes while being conveyed to/from trucks. Potatoes are sorted according to grade/color/size/weight/condition according to contract and customer specifications. You will also support production by fluming potatoes to ensure the timely shipment of potato seed.
Shift Start times vary throughout the year between 6:00a.m and 7:00a.m
In this role, it is truly a team effort. During different times throughout the year, you would also train in other areas that include the following:

- Scout Duties
- Lab Sampling (Frying)
- Analyze samples and execute quality assurance program for operations
- Storage and Bay Cleaning and sanitizing
- Cleaning/Sanitizing Trucks
- Running Piler during harvest if skills align
- Clean Vent Towers where the air gets into the bins; (all storage locations)

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of potato inspection process preferred.
- Willingness to work extended hours year-round as needed.
- Ability to think quickly and make timely/accurate decisions regarding product integrity.
