Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a visionary Research and Development Project Manager to manage lab operations and oversee multiple in-house and customer research projects focused on crop innovation, performance and sustainability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage lab operations
- Oversee field strip trial projects
- Utilize a systematic approach to plan, track, analyze, prepare and present data
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders
- Prioritize ideation for innovation
- Generate revenue and manage associated invoicing for outside services rendered relating to expert crop, soil and sustainability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
- 5 years of experience in research, data analytics and project management with an understanding of precision farming tools and a high skill level using project management software to prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Pesticide license (required during employment)
