Wysocki Family Farms has an exciting hands-on leadership role in our plant operations! In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring operational efficiency by overseeing daily warehouse activities including inventory management of raw and finished goods, order fulfillment, production and equipment readiness, shipping accuracy and timeliness, data accuracy and staff supervision relating to safety, shipping and warehouse activities.

Key Accountabilities
Costing data captured for customer invoicing to support the flow of revenue
Inventory Management
Timely and efficient fulfillment of orders
Data entry is accurate in the systems for quality and quantity assessments used in management decision-making
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 5 years production/shipping manufacturing experience preferred
- Supervisory skills preferred (specifically warehousing and/or inventory management)
- Demonstrated ability to use various technology platforms such as Microsoft Office Programs including Email, Excel, and Word; as well as be able to document information in the electronic time and attendance system
