Interns will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, operations, wastewater treatment, maintenance, or administration. The specific area of focus will depend on the intern's field of study and interests.
Key responsibilities may include working with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory programs, conducting quality assurance and food safety audits, partnering with operations to gather yield data, and creating a library of product cutting films.

Applicants should have an interest in a career path in the agriculture industry, specifically a processing plant. A degree in Meat Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
