We are excited to offer a full-time position with competitive pay up to $27 per hour and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Key Details :
Valid Class B CDL License required
Preferred : 2 years of CDL driving experience and 2 years of waste collection experience
Work is centered around our home terminal based in Portland, ME, with regional daytime routes across Maine and New Hampshire.
Compensation and Benefits :
Earn up to $27.00 per hour
Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid orientation, sick time, and time off
Training and referral programs
Monthly and performance bonuses
Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3,500
Responsibilities :
Safely operate specialized collection vehicles on assigned routes
Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Efficiently roll and empty totes using hydraulic mechanisms
Communicate load information to dispatch
Deliver exceptional service to customers in a friendly manner
Maintain a clean vehicle and personal appearance
Lifting may be required
Requirements :
Class B license
Minimum age of 23 years
Acceptable motor vehicle record and clean background check
Ability to obtain a medical card
Must pass a DOT drug screen and pre-employment physical
