Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Hydrovac Operator who is also willing and able to work as a Laborer when not in the truck. This is not just a driving job — you will be hands-on in the field, working in various environments and conditions. If you enjoy a variety of tasks and working outdoors, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Operate a hydrovac truck safely and efficiently
Perform manual labor including excavation, site prep, and clean-up
Assist crews with general labor duties outside of truck operation
Travel as needed; occasional overnight stays
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
Complete job reports and documentation in a timely manner
Follow safety protocols and attend mandatory safety meetings
What We're Looking For:
CDL Class B (minimum), with tanker endorsement
Manual transmission driving experience
Experience with hydrovac or similar industrial equipment preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Must be at least 21 years old
Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test, physical (DOT/NON-DOT), and MVR check
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lift and carry 50 lbs
Repetitive motion: bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders
Ability to wear PPE and work in noisy environments
