What You’ll Be Doing:
Drill Water Wells: Use your skills to drill domestic, industrial, and agricultural water wells.
Install Pumps & Motors: Set up water well systems and even handle a bit of electrical work.
Keep Equipment Running Smoothly: Maintain and troubleshoot water well drilling equipment to keep things running at peak performance.
Complete Reports: Keep everything organized with daily reports and work orders.
Work in Diverse Conditions: Be ready to tackle various soil and weather conditions for every project.
Wear Your Agri Gear Proudly: Represent our brand with Agri Industries logo safety shirts and gear.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Must have water well driller certification and a Class A CDL (or be willing to get it). Experience with equipment operation and repairs is key!
️ Skills: Be mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot, and handle various tasks all at once. Daily duties of this job will involve prolonged periods of standing with reasonable amounts of sitting, lifting up to 75 pounds, driving, public interaction, and computer use. Such activities will require sufficient manual dexterity, vision, mobility, clarity of speech, and hearing to effectively perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Communication: Ability to work well with customers and management—24-hour response time for calls and emails is expected.
