We strive to provide our visitors with superior customer service, educate them about Cabot cheese, and share our farmer-owner story. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, while being comfortable approaching and engaging in conversation with visitors.
To succeed in this role, you must be dependable and trustworthy, have a 'can do' attitude, and be available to work at least one weekend day and on some holidays. You should also have at least two years of experience in customer service and basic computer skills.
The schedule will include working one day per weekend (likely Sunday) and up to 20 hours per week during our busy summer, fall, and winter seasons. We're seeking long-term employment through these periods.
