What you'll be doing:
- Review customer mandates and compliance issues.
- Serve as the initial contact for sales representatives to coordinate and complete requested documentation regarding their customers.
- Partner with the Quality Compliance Analyst to provide customer level communication.
- Oversees international compliance procedures and adherence, reporting issues directly to the CFO.
- Back up to Master Data Analyst for the data synchronization process, GIM attribute and item set up process and data labeling process.
- Managing and maintaining the SharePoint or OnBase document imaging solution as it relates to Supply Chain supplier agreements and compliance documentation, as well as the customer order notification system.
- Develop work flow processes to improve streamlining of data collection, and look for other process improvements within various departments that affect supply chain operations and manufacturing. Maintain out-of-state Milk Licenses and Plant Permits.
- Recall customer level process compliance expert for Supply Chain.
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree required; Business degree preferred
- Prior supply chain or business compliance experience a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects and recognize priorities
Salary $45-55k
