The VP of Marketing role at Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery involves leading the company's marketing efforts in driving sustainable growth across existing and new retail distribution. This includes developing and executing long-term brand and consumer strategies that strengthen the market position of Cabot Creamery.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in senior management roles, leading branding and marketing efforts for mid-size food & beverage brands. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to think strategically about adapting to national trends in food consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and creative content across channels to foster a deeper connection with consumers and drive demand.
• Lead the development and execution of tailored shopper marketing programs that drive sales performance across the brand's retail distribution.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership and foster strong Sales/Marketing collaboration in support of successful selling and pull-through.
• Promote a consumer-centric mindset and deep consumer empathy within the Marketing team by acquiring and sharing insights on current and future consumer targets.
Requirements:
• Substantial experience at a senior management level in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with demonstrated success in leading branding and marketing efforts.
• Strong knowledge of business disciplines, including supply chain, finance, and analytical skills.
• Excellent executive-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to represent the Marketing function at Agri-Mark Board meetings as needed.
• Ability to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
