What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Agri-Stor Management?
We are seeking a Service Technician for our Washington branch (potatoes and onions). No experience required! Willing to Train. This is a full-time position. Pay is negotiable depending on experience with productive bonus incentives upon completion of a 90-day probationary period. This position will generally be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. During our busy Harvest Season, overtime will be required based on customer's needs, and weekend and evening work can be expected. Overtime pay is calculated at regular hourly rate, times 1.5, for any hours worked over 40 per week.

As a member of our skilled team, you will need to be able to do the following:
- We prefer experience in Controls & Refrigeration but willing to provide training for the right person.
- Prefer an applicant that can read/follow a wiring Schematic.
- Climbing ladders to remove fan screens, etc. and other physical activity for job preparation.
- Working outside and in the cellar's, within the Weather conditions.
- Assisting the Service Department with installs and service calls.
- Assisting the Service Department with Storage Pre-Season and startups.

Our insurance company requires drug testing and background checking. You will need to have a valid driver's license and carry a good acceptable driving record, as you will be driving a company vehicle. The job requires lifting 50 pounds on a regular basis, and overtime hours and weekends are required as we respond to the busy harvest season.
