Cashier (Part Time)
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from running a cash register and processing payments, you'll potentially be responsible for making sure the front of the store is neat and orderly and answering the phone.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service to ensure guests will return.
- Process checkout and/or return transactions, as well as complete yard tickets for all sales yard purchases
- Accept and process payments made by customers. Fast and accurately count payment and make change.
- Communicate with fellow ASC employees for information or assistance using walkie-talkies
- Maintain a neat, clean and stocked register boat area
- Proactively seek product knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities
- As register traffic permits; Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions, return shopping carts, process returned or abandoned merchandize, throw out trash.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Prior experience on a register preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Desire to work with people
- Detail focused
- Willingness to learn
- Experience working in a customer service roll
- Helpful, courteous and positive attitude
- Ability to stay in one spot for a long period of time
Additional
Hours can vary based on shift, Saturday availability highly preferred
