Sales Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Florence, SC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Agricultural equipment, parts and supplies knowledge either by educational program or practical use preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Additional Notes
- We have multiple sales departments throughout our retail store (Ag, Lawn and Garden, Trailer Accessories, Sporting Goods etc.). You may be assigned to one or asked to rotate through multiple departments. You will be trained in the area(s) you will work.
