Career Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the staffing, budgeting, asset allocation (equipment and facility maintenance), and inventory control.
- Handle all payroll and employee relations.
- Responsible for communicating with staff concerning pertinent corporate directives and policy, related regulatory expectations, employee safety requirements, and other information as directed by corporate.
- Operating new machinery such as tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers (TerraGators and Rogators), and trucks.
- Transporting agricultural products from facility to crop fields.
- Mixing and blending of chemicals and fertilizers for application.
- Operating machinery to apply fertilizers and chemicals on crop fields.
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers as needed.
- Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
- Utilize high-tech equipment and GPS systems monitoring systems.
- Work closely with leadership, truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers on a daily basis.
- Follow all rules and regulations as required.
Are You Qualified?
- Previous experience with any of the following:
- Experienced custom applicator and/or agronomy management experience.
- Operating heavy machinery, farm machinery, tractors, spreaders, sprayers, tender trucks, semi trucks, etc.
- Previous experience as a farmer, farm hand, farm worker, farm laborer, construction worker, agriculture operator, spreader operator, chemical operator, custom applicator.
- Working with chemicals, fertilizers, and anhydrous ammonia.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
