Title: Agriculture Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring it functions at peak efficiency for all field applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure reliable performance.
• Proficiently load and unload grain trucks.
• Operate loader to move grain.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of farm products to maintain product integrity.
• Engage in the sales of agronomy products, providing recommendations and expertise to customers based on their specific needs.
• Perform related duties as required to support farm operations and meet business objectives.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
