Position: Farm Hand/Equipment Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sprayers and spreaders to ensure precise calibration and application of products.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides based on crop needs, weather conditions, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot sprayer equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect crops and soil on a routine basis to assess nutrient requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of applications.
- Engage in continuous training to remain informed about current practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates.
Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with financial assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
